Overview:

Prakash Consulting was retained as prime consultant for the new Sutherland Automotive building. The project had a large engineering scope, including concrete and foundations.

Design Approach:

• Warehouse design demanded incorporation of a large pre-engineered building.

• Required specification of building components, materials & design specifications.

• High level of detail & design to build the new warehouse adjacent to existing building & property lines.

• Detailed code analysis required for snow loading & fire ratings to adjacent sites.
